This Court upheld Appellant's conviction and sentence on direct appeal. *fn1 Appellant now appeals from the overruling of his Rule 29.15 post-conviction relief motion, raising seventeen points of error. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Mo. Const. art. V, sec. 10; order of June 16, 1998. Affirmed.
