Philips Industries, Inc., in this wrongful discharge from
employment case. Chief Judge Abbott of the Court of Appeals
granted plaintiff's application to take an interlocutory appeal,
K.S.A. 1987 Supp. 60-2102(b), and the matter was transferred to
this court pursuant to K.S.A. 20-3018.
