Annot. 320) and counsel's firm under MRPC 1.10(b) (1994 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 321) (imputed disqualification) based on a claimed conflict of interest. After a hearing, the trial court concluded that there was no conflict for counsel and, therefore, denied the motion to disqualify counsel and the firm. Both issues are preserved in this interlocutory appeal.
